The founders of HCL-Lab GmbH possess years of experience in system vendor business. For this reason, we are familiar with the stringent requirements in public competitive bidding, as well as with the continuously increasing price erosion in this industry.

As we have performed numerous certifications of IT-systems according to WHQL and other standards, for instance, CE, TÜV-GS, over the years we know about the financial and professional efforts that they require.

From our point of view not only OEM-manufacturers should have the competence to participate in public competitive bidding. At the same time we are aware that there is little scope for cost-intensive certifications due to the continuously increasing price erosion. For this reasons we decided to found HCL-Lab GmbH.

The consumer-market, too, appreciates more and more quality labels like, e.g. the “Designed for Windows Vista®” logo. Therefore, we also deal with companies which do not emphasize on public biddings, but on assembling systems or manufacturing IT-systems or IT-components by themselves.
