Visualize the “Device Stage” as a kind of homepage for your device.
If you connect a device to your Windows® 7 PC, appears a menu with most used tasks for this kind of device. A multifunction-printer for example, offers options for printing and scanning.
In earlier versions of Windows® these options were on separate menus.
